Order before 5pm and your treats are dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 5pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday or at the weekend, are dispatched on Monday. An Post typically takes 2 working days and does not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.

Shellys delivers baked goods every day within Cork City Boundary.

Yes. Choose 'For a special date' when you order and we'll bake and post it to arrive in time. An Post usually takes 2 working days, so while we can't guarantee an exact day outside Cork, we plan around it. In Cork city we can deliver on the day itself.

My kitchen is not set up to accommodate gluten-free orders. While I can bake items that do not contain gluten, they are not suitable for coeliacs due to potential cross-contamination.
