I grew up in a creative home, constantly surrounded by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread and scones. As a child, I took my mother's delightful treats for granted, only realising later in life how special it was to experience homemade goodness.

Friends and family have always eagerly awaited my visits to see and taste my latest creations. Now, through Shelly’s, I have the privilege of sharing my passion for baking with everyone through artisan treat boxes delivered nationwide.

At Shelly’s, attention to detail is a priority. Every order placed is a reflection of the trust you’ve put in us to create a gift box that conveys just how special your loved ones are.

By day, I work as an architect, but baking provides a welcome escape from the 9-to-5 routine. My creative side constantly inspires me to dream up new recipes and ideas, blending my architectural precision with a love for innovation. My curiosity about the world also inspires me, always planning trips to far flung destinations so I can sample different cuisines and cultures.

Shelly’s treats—cakes, cookies, brownies, and more—are made entirely from scratch, baked fresh to order, and crafted with premium ingredients.

Sustainability is at the heart of my practice: I use compostable packaging, locally source ingredients whenever possible, compost organic waste, and recycle everything I can to minimize Shelly’s environmental impact. Orders are delivered through An Post, and I often walk or cycle to the post office for drop-offs
